These terms apply to the Perch app and the perch.pass-port.ai / perch.p-p.ai service, operated by PASS-PORT LLC. Effective date: August 18, 2026.
Perch is licensed, not sold. One subscription covers your personal Macs. Don't redistribute the app or your license key.
The free trial lasts 14 days and requires no card. Subscriptions (/month or /year) renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime via the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current period are handled case by case — just write us.
AI features have generous daily limits to keep the service healthy. Automated or bulk use that goes far beyond personal use may be throttled.
Perch is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
