PASS-PORT
Your Mac remembers what was said.
Record a meeting in two tracks — your voice and theirs — and get the conversation, the decisions and the tasks. Plus the shelf in the notch: files, clipboard, snippets, dictation. Recognition runs on your Mac; audio stays on it.
Meetings, recorded on your side
No bot joins the call. Your microphone is you, the system audio is them — so "who said what" comes out right without guessing. Online or across the table: you get the conversation with timestamps, the agreements, your tasks and theirs. Recording runs on your Mac; the audio never leaves it.
Dictation that stays home
Hold ⌘, speak, release — the text lands in whatever field you were in. Recognition runs on your Mac's neural engine. Audio never leaves the laptop.
Clipboard that understands
Money gets converted, phone numbers get formats, secrets expire on their own. Every copy is one hover away.
A real shelf
Screenshots land on the shelf instead of burying your desktop. Drag them into chats, mark them up, or turn a recording into text.
Questions
Is my data safe?
Recognition, meeting audio and clipboard history live entirely on your Mac. The only things that touch the network are text polishing and the meeting summary — they go through our server to an AI model and are not stored anywhere. The audio itself is never uploaded.
How does meeting recording work?
Nothing joins your call. Pass-port records two tracks on your Mac — your microphone and the system audio — and keeps them apart, so the transcript says who spoke. When several people are on the other side, their voices get separated too. Recording is visible the whole time: a red bar sits in the notch, and Pass-port reminds you to tell the others. Meeting recording needs macOS 14.4 or newer; on older Macs everything else still works.
What happens after the trial?
14 days, full features, no card. After that the shelf and clipboard keep working free; dictation polishing and AI tools need a subscription — $10/month or $100/year. Cancel anytime in one click.
Which Macs are supported?
Any Mac on macOS 13+ — Apple Silicon or Intel. On M-chips dictation runs on the Neural Engine; on older Macs a fallback engine is used. The notch is where Pass-port lives, but it works on notchless Macs too — the shelf just drops from the menu bar.
How do updates work?
Pass-port checks for updates daily and installs them itself. You can always check manually in Settings.
